Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning activities for your team.
Ensure all cleaning tasks meet the highest standards of excellence.
Conduct regular inspections to guarantee cleanliness and adherence to health and safety regulations.
Train, motivate, and develop your team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Manage supplies and equipment, ensuring everything is in optimal condition for use.

What We're Looking For:

Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience in staff management, including induction, training, and addressing attendance and performance issues.
Strong Organisational Skills: Ability to maintain stock, manage annual leave, and create rotas to cover holidays and sickness.
Excellent Communication Skills: For effective liaison with staff, line managers, and senior management.
Health and Safety Understanding: Knowledge of health and safety regulations, particularly COSHH requirements, and the ability to conduct safety checks on equipment and work areas.
Driving Required: Willingness to travel to specific sites daily and weekly; a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle with business insurance are essential.

Vetting Criteria: Ability to meet police vetting criteria, including residing in the UK for at least 3 years.
