We're recruiting a Specification Supervisor to lead a team of technical specialists who provide regulatory support and product information reviews to a range of clients.

In this role, you'll combine leadership, technical expertise, and client-facing communication to ensure high standards of service and compliance are consistently met.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing day-to-day operations across client accounts to ensure service delivery
  • Acting as the main point of contact for regulatory and compliance queries
  • Leading and mentoring a team of Advisors and Senior Advisors
  • Collaborating with the Business Development and Account Management teams
  • Overseeing regulatory compliance across a wide range of product categories
  • Supporting the ongoing development and growth of your team
  • Driving continuous improvement in efficiency and quality of service

What We're Looking For

  • Degree in food science, regulatory affairs, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • At least two years' experience in a technical or regulatory role
  • Strong knowledge of food and/or non-food regulatory compliance and industry standards
  • Practical experience with specification or artwork systems
  • Fluent English speaker (additional languages are a plus)
  • Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
