Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Power Platform and D365 Functional Consultant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for an individual with a strong background in Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 solutions, with a focus on functional consulting. The successful candidate will be a key player in transforming business requirements into dynamic, high-quality solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary functional consultant for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into efficient, scalable solutions.
- Configure and customize D365 modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Finance, etc.) and Power Platform applications (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Lead workshops and training sessions for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Provide ongoing functional support, ensuring that users are equipped with the tools and knowledge to use the solutions effectively.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure that solutions are delivered on time and meet business requirements.
- Assist in the implementation, migration, and optimization of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
- Stay current with the latest Microsoft technologies and best practices, providing insights to improve existing solutions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in functional consulting, specifically within Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 modules, particularly in Customer Engagement and Finance & Operations.
- Experience with gathering business requirements and translating them into actionable technical solutions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to facilitate workshops and training.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, hybrid environment, balancing both client and internal requirements.
- Experience with system integrations and data migration within D365 and Power Platform environments.
- Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or Power Platform would be a plus.
