Plan and deliver engaging, creative lessons that inspire and challenge pupils
Assess, track, and report on progress to ensure every child makes strong progress
Differentiate learning effectively to meet a range of needs, including SEND
Establish a safe, positive, and respectful classroom culture
Work closely with colleagues on curriculum development and year-group planning
Build strong, supportive relationships with pupils, families, and the wider community
Contribute to school events, enrichment opportunities, and wider responsibilities
We Are Looking For Someone Who:
Holds QTS and primary teaching experience (KS1 or KS2)
Has high expectations for learning, behaviour, and pupil wellbeing
Is committed to inclusive practice and child-centred approaches
Demonstrates strong communication and teamwork skills
