At Aspire People, we're recruiting passionate and reliable Primary Supply Teachers to work across a range of wonderful partner schools in North Manchester (covering postcodes M8, M9, and M40). Whether you're looking for day-to-day supply, short-term cover, or a long-term placement, we'll find opportunities that suit your lifestyle and career goals.
This is a fantastic role for both Early Career Teachers and experienced educators who enjoy variety and want to make a real impact in local schools.
The Role of a Primary Supply Teacher:
Deliver engaging lessons across the primary curriculum
Adapt quickly to different school environments and teaching styles
Build positive relationships with pupils and staff
Implement behaviour policies and promote a safe, inclusive learning space
Support the learning and progress of all pupils in your care
What We're Looking For:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Experience working within primary education
Strong classroom management and communication skills
Flexibility and enthusiasm to work across different schools
