Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end sourcing strategies across indirect categories including Marketing, HR Services, Consulting, and Operating Supplies.

Drive cost efficiencies and innovation through strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, and risk mitigation initiatives.

Manage supplier performance by maintaining strong relationships, monitoring KPIs, and ensuring continuous improvement.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align procurement activities with business needs and provide expert guidance on spend and supplier effectiveness.

Support digital procurement transformation, leveraging tools like SAP Ariba to enhance compliance, streamline processes, and implement sourcing models.

Key Skills & Experience Required
Minimum 3 years’ experience in procurement is essential.

Experience using with digital procurement tool such as SAP Ariba, Coupa or Jaggaer.

Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence and advise at all levels.

Proven ability to manage sourcing projects (e.g., RFPs, tendering, contract negotiation).

Analytical mindset and commercial acumen, with a focus on cost optimisation, supplier performance, and continuous improvement.
