Operating for more than half a century, our client is an independently owned British cladding and facades manufacturing company. They have several market leading brands that are sold into architects and specifiers across the UK within large scale and prestigious building projects. Due to continued growth, they are now looking to add a senior specification sales manager.
Responsibilities will include:
- Securing meetings with architects and specifiers
- Promoting our clients faade systems and services
- Gaining new business/orders for their products and services
- Liaising with contractors and specifiers
- Sales account management, including aftersales support
- Contributing to business development plans
The Candidate:
- You must have demonstrable experience of selling cladding/facades through the specification route to market
- Experience of dealing with architects and specifiers
- A solid and stable career to date demonstrating longevity within positions
- Excellent communications skills
- Excellent negotiating skills.
Salary is negotiable dependent upon experience
