A roving role providing the oversight and assurance of construction site activities across the North West region. This role dictates a high degree of mobility and flexibility due to the nature of the works delivered on the MSP Framework.

This is a hybrid role, potentially outside of IR35, with visits to multiple sites required during the course of any given week and dependant on the location of the maintenance projects awarded by the client.

Key aspects of the role include:

Maintaining compliance with the Clients project-specific CPP (HASEMP)
Ensuring that SHEQ standards from our appointed subcontractor are consistent with our the client and MSP Framework standards and values
Provide coaching and guidance to improve Subcontractor performance on MSP sites
Carry out SHE audits and inspections, and implement rectification measures to issues encountered
Undertake quality surveillance, including adherence to quality plans / ITPs
Provide real-time feedback on site progress, subcontractor performance, issues etc. to the project delivery teams
Assistance in the co-ordination of site aspects of contracted works between delivery teams, subcontractors and The Client
Provide assurance around the correct utilisation of the work authorisation process, including relevant permits
Liaising with and maintaining effective working relationships with the client operational team
