Salary: £55,000 – £60,000 + Car/Car Allowance + Benefits

Are you an experienced Project Manager with a track record in delivering fit out and refurbishment schemes?

This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the UK’s leading multi-sector fit out specialists, delivering projects across leisure, retail, and commercial office environments. As a recognised name in the market, this contractor is expanding its Manchester team and seeking a driven Fit Out Project Manager to help deliver exciting projects nationwide.

The Role:

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading projects from concept through to handover, ensuring they are completed onschedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will act as the central point of contact for clients and consultants while managing subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to achieve seamless project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver fit out and refurbishment projects across the UK, with values ranging from £300k to £10m.

• Take ownership of project planning, cost control, and health & safety compliance.

• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site operations.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring expectations are exceeded.

• Undertake regular site visits, monitoring progress and addressing any challenges.

• Provide accurate progress and performance reports to senior management.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Degree, HNC, or HND in Construction Management, Project Management, Building Surveying, or a related field (essential).

• SMSTS qualification.

• CSCS card.

• First Aid at Work.

• Professional membership such as CIOB, RICS, or APM (desirable).

• Proven track record delivering fit out/refurbishment projects in leisure, retail, or office sectors.
