Role: Project Administrator

Location: Manchester - Hybrid, 3 days in Office 2 from Home

Duration: 9 months initial contract

Pay Rate: 13 - 15 P/hr PAYE

Responsibilities:

  • To provide administrative support to the Project Teams
  • Make travel arrangements as required (flights, trains, car hire, hotels, etc.)
  • Arrange meetings including sending outlook invitations, booking rooms, refreshments, equipment, etc.
  • Arrange team events.
  • Generate purchase requisitions
  • Manage any "TEAMS" pages for a function or project including the SharePoint site.
  • Document receipt and issue correspondence in line with contractual obligations for issue to the customer, project team members and sub-contractors where necessary
  • Team communication on behalf of the Project Director where required.
  • Set up and maintain electronic & manual filing structures for the project (including numbering of documents)
  • Set up and maintain project support systems, e.g., maintenance of paper and electronic documents/systems, always ensuring compliance to project management processes.
  • Set up, maintain, and monitor a dedicated project email account as required.
  • Co-ordination of other business activities for the project team where required.
  • Assist with procurement of equipment for site establishment.
  • Management of assets on site
