Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a long-term residential project in Manchester, focusing on cladding, faades, and fire remediation works. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project, from planning and coordination to delivery, ensuring works are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Requirements:
