We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join a leading contractor specialising in high-quality commercial CAT A and CAT B fit-out projects. Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of commercial fit-out sites, ensuring smooth, safe, and efficient project execution.
Supervise on-site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Act as the key point of contact for clients, maintaining clear communication and strong relationships with all stakeholders.
Monitor and enforce health, safety, and environmental compliance on-site.
Regularly report on project progress, identifying risks, delays, or issues and implementing timely solutions.
Control and manage project budgets and schedules, ensuring commercial success and client satisfaction.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering commercial fit-out projects (CAT A and CAT B).
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate on-site teams.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, health & safety regulations, and fit-out best practices.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and collaborative approach.
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks across various projects.
Willingness to travel nationally as required.
