£47.50p/h – £52.50p/h DOE (Outside IR35)

My client is a project-based engineering company supplying capital equipment across the food and beverage industry. They require an experienced Project Manager on a contract basis to take ownership of projects across design, fabrication, and installation.

For the position of Project Manager, you will be required to conduct the following daily duties:
• Work on steel platforms, pipework, layouts, conveyors, and process equipment
• Edit and modify drawings (SolidWorks & AutoCAD)
• Prepare accurate quotations following enquiries/site surveys
• Organise suppliers and subcontractors
• Liaise with internal workshop regarding fabrication
• Oversee site installs ensuring specifications, safety and food regulations are adhered to
• Manage stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and to budget

The successful Project Manager will need to have the following attributes:
• Experienced in food processing / food manufacturing projects
• Strong knowledge of fabrication processes and capital equipment
• Proficient in SolidWorks and AutoCAD
• Strong commercial awareness with ability to quote accurately
• Organised, communicative, and able to work across multiple stakeholders
