A respected consultancy based in Manchester is seeking a Project Manager with strong NEC contract experience, particularly within the water sector. This is a great opportunity for a technically strong Project Manager to support major utility clients across the North West.

The successful Project Manager will join a growing team delivering complex water and infrastructure projects. This role is ideal for a Project Manager with a background in civil engineering or utilities, who is confident administering NEC contracts from start to finish.

The Project Manager's role

The Project Manager will work across water infrastructure schemes, from planning through to completion. You'll lead contract administration, risk management, and stakeholder reporting, ensuring compliance with NEC principles.

The Project Manager

  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or similar

  • NEC contract experience essential

  • Experience in water, utilities or infrastructure projects

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management

  • Consultancy experience desirable
