Our client is a Tier 1 construction contractor delivering high-quality DfE (Department for Education) projects across the North West. With a strong reputation for excellence and long-term client relationships, they are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee project aftercare.
Project Manager Roles and Responsibilities:
- Take responsibility for the aftercare and defects management of 8 DfE projects across the North West.
- Manage and coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders, including subcontractors, consultants, and clients, throughout the aftercare period.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all parties, ensuring defects are resolved efficiently and to the required standards.
Project Manager Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager with a Tier 1 or large main contractor.
- Strong knowledge of DfE projects, construction quality, and aftercare processes.
- Demonstrable experience managing internal and external teams with excellent communication and coordination skills.
Project Manager Benefits:
