Role: Senior Project Manager

Salary: £50-60K

Flexibility: Hybrid (1 day in per week)

My client, an award-winning agency, is hiring for a dedicated, sharply skilled Senior Manager to join their team. This role will be a unique opportunity for a results-oriented leader with drive, dedication and the ability to overcome new challenges.

Role responsibilities:

  • Delivering web projects, working with a multi-disciplined development team.
  • Managing projects for new implementations, roadmap development and phased work for clients of differing scale and complexities.
  • Communicating with clients, managing budgets closely.
  • Working within an agile methodology and delivering to deadlines.
  • Using an internal communication system which is used business-wide for remote employees.
  • Working as part of a small project management team, reporting to the Head of eCommerce Delivery.
  • Attend training courses and gain qualifications, which is mandatory for the role.

Your essential skills:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a project manager within the tech industry
  • A background working as a PM for Digital Agency
  • Experience with Magento/Adobe Commerce related projects

Further skills:

  • Experience of managing projects through the full software development lifecycle
  • Strong commercial awareness with the ability to monitor and track project budgets
  • Experience in delivering projects using agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban
  • Passion for digital project management
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously
  • Strong organisational and time-keeping skills
  • A self-starter with the ability to lead on projects
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Desire to learn, including supporting with product configuration and user story writing
