Senior Project Manager Responsibilities:

Responsible for full project management life cycle
Manager 3-4 projects at one time, project value circa 1-5m (some projects in excess of 20m)
Creation and management of budgets
All project costings
Programming works short and long term
Procurement
Labour & Plant
Management of subcontractors
Health & Safety
Quality
Site/Construction Management
Liaison with the client and stakeholders
Weekly update meetings with operations director

Senior Project Manager Requirements:

Relevant industry qualification (HND/HNC/BEng or equivalent)
Civil Engineering experience (RC, Water, Large Pipe Installs, Roads & Highways, infrastructure etc.)
Experienced project manager involved with programming, budgeting etc
Excellent communication, people and team management skills
