Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Site/Project Manager to join a growing team delivering high-profile infrastructure projects across the UK. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MOD (Ministry of Defence) projects, with experience in prison works and fuel infrastructure developments. A background in fuels and hydrocarbons would be highly advantageous.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee multiple project sites, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and within budget

  • Lead site teams and subcontractors effectively

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations

  • Maintain excellent client communication and uphold project quality standards

  • Coordinate materials, equipment, and labour resources

  • Report on project progress, costs, and timelines to senior management

  • Conduct site inspections and audits regularly

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing MOD, prison, and/or fuel infrastructure projects

  • Strong understanding of fuel systems and hydrocarbons (desirable but not essential)

  • Willingness to travel to sites across the UK and stay away during the week (accommodation and food allowance provided)

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects

  • Full UK driving licence required
