My client is on the look out for an experienced or recently qualified MRICS Valuation Surveyor to join their team in Manchester. This is a unique opportunity for the right individual to join an energetic team who deliver outstanding valuation advisory solutions to clients.
Key responsibilities:
- Support the preparation of accurate, competent valuation advice on all types of assets.
- Manage existing valuation mandates and develop relationships to attract new business.
- Conduct a mix of regular mandates, loan security, and acquisition valuations.
- Provide valuation reports and strategic advice to a diverse client base.
- Execute instructions independently with minimal supervision.
- Build a strong profile in the marketplace by developing client relationships.
Ideal candidate:
- RICS Registered Valuer or Level 3 Valuation at APC.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
