Manufacturing/Chemicals/Oil and Gas

Working with an established, well-respected manufacturing business based in Norfolk, we are looking to introduce an HSE Manager into their rapidly growing team. With a reputation for excellence and positive contributions to environmental safety, this is a business who are looking to continue their growth within the market.

This is an exciting opportunity which will support and deputise for, the Head of QHSE in maintaining the safe operation of the business.

You will:

  • Take a lead role developing and maintaining the QHSE management systems to ensure effective implementation
  • Ensure that environmental and quality management systems comply with the requirements of BS EN ISO 14001 and BS EN ISO 9001
  • Promote safe behaviours and visible safety leadership across the organisation at all levels
  • Identify and advise on the potential impact of any new, safety health and the environment legislation

Requirements:

  • HSE Leadership experience within a high hazard environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experienced within Chemicals, Renewables, Oil and Gas, Power Generation, Manufacturing - desirable but not essential
  • Exposure to ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001
