As the Material Planner, you will play a vital role in optimizing supply chain functions and ensuring seamless coordination between our planning, commercial and product development teams.

The Experience Required:

  • Qualifications within Supply Chain or a similar function are highly preferred.
  • You must have experience either in a previous Material Planner role or working within a Supply Chain planning capacity.
  • Food manufacturing or other manufacturing with a relevant short shelf life.
  • Strong Excel knowledge.
  • Advantageous if you have ERP (M3) knowledge.

The Role/Responsibilities:

  • Drive and maintain scheduling systems to maximize efficiency.
  • Support the procurement team on forward planning, managing call offs and developing relationships with suppliers.
  • Create and manage structured schedules that optimize capacity.
  • Monitor and control the delivery of all new materials in line with the product development plan.
  • Ensure the material stock in holding is aligned with budgets.
  • Ensuring everything is inputted to the MRP system.
