The Sales Team Leader role we are recruiting for will be responsible for overseeing daily sales operations, providing strategic direction, and supporting the sales team to consistently achieve and exceed targets. This role will play a pivotal part in managing & coaching team members to ensure sales targets are being worked towards & progressively met.

Description
Key responsibilities will consist of:
- Manage day-to-day sales floor activities to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
- Motivate and mentor the sales team to achieve and exceed individual and team targets.
- Monitor key performance indicators and provide timely feedback to team members.
- Collaborate with senior management to implement sales strategies and initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable solutions.
- Handle escalated client concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports to leadership.
