What Will the role involve?

As our Quality Advisor, you will ensure all Bethell Utilities employees are promoting and embedding good practice throughout the organisation and ensuring that our projects deliver right first time. You will support the business to help ensure that the company HSQE Management Systems meet the requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 and the requirements of the Multi-Utility Recognition Status (NERS, WIRS and GIRS). You will lead by example and promote and highlight best practice on all projects and be an advocate for Quality by supporting projects in continuous improvement to deliver high standards for our clients.

What are the responsibilities?

You will work closely with project teams and senior management, assisting them to deliver projects to a high standard, right first time. Additionally, you will build relationships with our clients and supply chain with the objective of acting as the interface for project quality-related matters in the future. You will always exercise a high degree of discretion regarding employee's personal details, and maintain standards of professional practice, ensuring behaviour complies with organisational values and organisation of work effectively to meet the demands of the role.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Qualified to a minimum of Level 4/HNC level in Quality/Construction related field
  • Practitioner of CQI (Desired)
  • Experience within the multi-utilities sector (Desired)
  • Experience with the development and implementation of Quality Management Systems
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt trained (Desired)
  • CSCS Card
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and Teams
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a multi utilities environment.
