An opportunity to join one of the UK's most well known Main Contractors who's Building division, are looking to recruit an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to work on one of their new exciting projects based in the Manchester area. In your role, you will be supporting a Senior Quantity Surveyor on a new build project.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing cost estimates and budgets.
Support procurement and tendering processes.
Monitor project progress and prepare interim valuations.
Help manage subcontractor accounts and variations.
Maintain contract documentation and support cost reporting.
Ensure compliance with JCT Design and Build contractual obligations.
