A leading civil engineering contractor delivering infrastructure projects across the rail sector is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team. This role focuses on earthworks and structural renewals, including bridges and viaducts, with projects ranging from £2M to £5M.

About the Role:
Manage 2-3 projects simultaneously, ensuring successful delivery within budget and timescales.
Oversee earthworks packages, bridge and viaduct renewals, and other structural works.
Lead on cost control, valuations, subcontractor relationships, and contractual agreements.
Assess and mitigate contractual and financial risks while maintaining project profitability.

Key Skills & Experience:
? Proven experience managing earthworks and structures projects.
? Strong knowledge of contract administration and management.
? Proficiency in cost estimation, budgeting, and financial forecasting.
? Ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
? Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
? Competence in evaluating contractual risks and ensuring compliance.

Software & Qualifications:
