Your Role Will Include:
Valuations & Payments: Prepare accurate valuations and applications for payment.
Cost Management: Produce detailed and insightful cost reports to support project success.
Procurement: Develop and manage efficient subcontractor and material procurement schedules.
Account Administration: Manage subcontractor and supplier accounts with precision.
Contract Management: Oversee contracts, lead change management, and maintain associated registers.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience within ground engineering, civil engineering, or construction sectors.
A passion for the industry, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving skills.
Full eligibility to work and live in the UK.
