Quantity Surveyor

V7 Recruitment are currently working with our client who are looking for an experiencedQuantity Surveyorto join their award-winning property development team to deliver high quality housing projects.

Ideal candidate:

• Prior experience on Housing projects is preferred
• Able to commercially manage your own projects
• Ambitious and motivated work attitude
• Strong management skills
• COINS experience is beneficial

Duties will include:

• Working office based with occasional travel to site.
• Attending project progress meetings with clients and Project Managers.
• Managing subcontractor payments, variations and producing cost reports.
• Preparation of final accounts.
• Identifying commercial risks.
• Monitoring cash flow.
