Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join a dynamic team working on water projects across North West sites, specifically within the AMP 8 Framework. The successful candidate will be responsible for the commercial management and cost control of projects involving water and wastewater treatment, pumping stations, and shafts.
This role requires active involvement in contract administration, cost forecasting, value engineering, and risk management to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. You will collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to provide accurate commercial advice and support procurement activities. Strong knowledge of construction contracts and frameworks relevant to the water sector is essential.
