A leading, national Quantity Surveying consultancy with 11 UK offices is seeking a dynamic Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing Manchester team. With a strong regional pipeline and a reputation for delivering standout results, this is the ideal platform for a motivated QS ready to step into leadership.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll manage projects across Residential, Logistics, Healthcare, Higher Education, Government and Retail-ranging from £1m to £100m+. From pre to post contract, you'll lead delivery, manage clients, and support junior team members, while working closely with forward-thinking Partners who are invested in your long-term progression.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor - Requirements

  • A Quantity Surveying in a UK Construction/Real Estate Consultancy
  • A RICS Accredited degree qualification (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
  • Ideally MRICS or working towards
  • Strong pre and post contract knowledge
  • Strong Consultancy background
  • A successful track record leading projects from inception to completion
