Senior Quantity Surveyor – Design & Build / Refurb & Fit Out
Greater Manchester

We are working with a well-established design and build, refurbishment, and fit out contractor based in Manchester, delivering projects across the commercial, education, leisure, retail, and industrial sectors, with projects valued up to around £20m.

Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to take full commercial responsibility for projects from pre-construction through to final account.

The role

  • Commercial lead on design & build refurbishment and fit out projects

  • Managing projects across commercial, education, leisure, retail, and industrial sectors

  • Full project lifecycle responsibility, from procurement to final account

  • Managing subcontractor packages and commercial risk

  • Cost reporting, forecasting, and cash flow management

  • Valuations, variations, and final accounts

  • Working closely with design, delivery, and client teams

About you

  • Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor

  • Strong contractual and commercial awareness

  • Able to manage projects independently
