Excellent opportunity for a Senior MTC Quantity Surveyor to join a nationwide leading FM business, where you'll be taking lead on all commercial activities with a highly regarded contract.

They are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on a prestigious Manchester contract, where you'll be a key player in QS activities.

In this role you'll be taking lead on all FM commercial activities, dealing with the submission of accounts for works projects, assist BD team with pricing FM contract, preparing and submitting valuations, variation claims as well as WIP report and Final Costs VS Financial Forecast Recovery. You'll also be overseeing the QS team for this busy contract.

THE ROLE:
*Leading all commercial function for a FM prestigious Maintenance Contract
*Submission of accounts, project valuations, cost allowances etc.
*Hybrid role - working 3x onsite in Manchester and the other days at home

THE PERSON:
*Senior Quantity Surveyor
*Certification/Degree in Building Services of Quantity Surveying preferred
*Experience working with MCT type & National Scheduling Rates (NSR)
*Strong project management an working to budgets
*Full Drivers License
