Lettings Assistant

Eden Brown are seeking a highly experienced Lettings Assistant to work on a contract until the end of March situated in Manchester

The role will be a hybrid role with a mix of homeworking and office working

The role as Housing Assistant will involve:

- Dealing with frontline administration duties for the Housing and Lettings Officers

- Managing a number of new builds

- Letting them out to new customers

- Processing sign ups

Due to the nature of this role interested candidates must have extensive Lettings/Allocations experience
