They are currently seeking a driven and personable Sales Consultant to join their dynamic Sales team.Role Overview As a Sales Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for prospective buyers, guiding them through the entire sales process — from initial enquiry to completion. You will represent a portfolio of high-end residential developments, providing exceptional service and supporting clients in finding their ideal home.Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with potential buyers and communicate detailed information about current residential developments.
  • Conduct property viewings and presentations, both virtually and in-person, tailored to client needs.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure a seamless and supportive customer experience.
  • Manage and progress sales from enquiry through to reservation and final completion.
  • Keep updated on current developments, market trends, and competitor activity.
  • Liaise with solicitors, mortgage brokers, and internal teams to support the sales progression process.
  • Utilise CRM systems effectively to manage leads, follow-ups, and sales tracking.
  • Assist with marketing initiatives, launch events, and handovers when needed.
Skills & ExperienceEssential:
  • Previous experience in residential property sales or a customer-facing sales role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of organisation.
  • Target-driven with a strong motivation to succeed.
  • Confident with CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
Desirable:
  • Background in high-end or luxury property sales.
  • Familiarity with the Manchester residential property market.
  • Additional languages are a plus.
