About the Role - Property Maintenance Apprenticeship Tutor
As a property maintenance apprenticeship tutor, you’ll deliver high-quality teaching and one-to-one support to apprentices working in real-world environments. Covering the North West, your role will involve a mix of remote delivery and workplace visits, helping learners develop the practical skills, technical knowledge, and behaviours required to succeed in the industry.
Your responsibilities will include:

Delivering engaging, learner-focused training aligned with the Property Maintenance Operative Standard

Supporting apprentices through their learning journey, from induction to End Point Assessment

Creating and adapting teaching resources and curriculum materials

Tracking and reporting on learner progress in line with compliance standards

Embedding safeguarding, equality, and British values in all aspects of delivery

You're an experienced tradesperson with a passion for mentoring others. As a property maintenance apprenticeship tutor, you’ll bring energy, communication skills, and a genuine commitment to helping learners thrive. You’ll need:

Extensive property maintenance industry experience

A recognised teaching qualification (CTLLS, DTLLS, PGCE or equivalent)

A valid assessor qualification (TAQA, A1, or D32/D33)

A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the North West
