Hybrid - Manchester City Centre - £30k + Commission - Mon–Fri, 9–5:30
Tired of being just another cog in a big machine? Here’s your chance to take the wheel. We’re launching a brand-new property management service — and we need someone sharp, proactive, and confident to build it from the ground up.
You’ll be managing investment portfolios, and shaping how things are done. No red tape, no micromanagement — just freedom to do things properly and make your mark.
What’s in it for you:
- £30,000 basic + 5% of monthly net profit from managed properties
- Hybrid working (3 days office / 2 from home – Weds & Fri)
- Funded ARLA qualification after probation

What you’ll need:
- Solid experience in property management
- Strong grasp of lettings legislation and compliance
- Organised, commercial, and confident managing contractors
