The ideal candidate will have experience working in a Rent / Service Charge role within a Social Housing organisation, understanding regulations and rules in that space, and be able to lead a small team.

The key responsibilities of the Rent and Service Charge Manager include:

  • Taking a lead on rent and service charge setting
  • Working alongside internal teams to ensure accurate budgets and forecasts are created
  • Managing and mentoring a small team
  • Identifying and implementing efficiencies across rent and service charges

Profile

The successful Rent and Service Charge Manager should have:

  • Experience working in a Rent and Service charge role in a Social Housing organisation
  • Understanding of rules and regulations around rents and service charges
  • The ability to lead and coach a team
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships with a variety of departments
