The ideal candidate will have experience working in a Rent / Service Charge role within a Social Housing organisation, understanding regulations and rules in that space, and be able to lead a small team.

The key responsibilities of the Rent and Service Charge Manager include:
- Taking a lead on rent and service charge setting
- Working alongside internal teams to ensure accurate budgets and forecasts are created
- Managing and mentoring a small team
- Identifying and implementing efficiencies across rent and service charges
Profile
The successful Rent and Service Charge Manager should have:
- Experience working in a Rent and Service charge role in a Social Housing organisation
- Understanding of rules and regulations around rents and service charges
- The ability to lead and coach a team
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships with a variety of departments
Job Offer
