A new job is available to join a Manchester City Centre based company as a Front of House Receptionist. This job will involve front of house duties and soft facilities.
The idea candidate will have previous customer facing experience, excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
As a Front of House Receptionist your duties will include:
- Front of house duties - dealing with phone calls, meeting and greeting visitors
- Delivering exceptional customer service
- Maintaining meeting rooms
- Supporting with health and safety in the office
- Postal duties
- Scanning, filing, photocopying
As a Front of House Receptionist you will have the following skills:
- Previous experience in an office environment is preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Proficient on Microsoft Office
- Able to commute to the Manchester City Centre office
