The firm consists of two offices and this vacancy is for Rusholme office only. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting clients, answering phones with excellent oral communication and able to deal with difficult callers/clients, directing calls and completing admin work, able to maintain stocks of supplies as needed. The right person for this position will be a candidate that possesses excellent typing ability, excellent interpersonal and communication skills together with listening, professional demeanour, customer care, spoken communication and mostly focus. Must be able to positively promote the firm, be able to do marketing. Trustworthy and reliable with minimum supervision to join a long established professional practice-this post would suit somebody who lives locally and understands the community its working with. Bi-lingual would be preferable but not essential.
