Education Recruitment Consultant - Manchester

£27,000 - £38,000

The Role -

You will be responsible for managing various schools across Greater Manchester, by building relationships with contacts and regularly visiting your clients. This is an active role where you will manage a portfolio of existing schools already utilizing our clients services, as well as seeking to onboard new clients.

Ideal Candidate -

  • At least 12 months’ recruitment experience, ideally within the education sector
  • You must already be located in Liverpool or within reasonable travelling distance to their centrally based office.
  • You enjoy the sales and business development aspect of recruitment
  • A confident, driven and target driven individual who can manage a busy workload
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach
  • The ability to build credibility with clients and develop longstanding relationships
