What would your day to day look like?
- Calling candidates, screening them and shortlisting them to specific jobs.
- Speaking to clients, negotiating terms and arranging interviews between them and candidates.
- Managing the full 360 recruitment process.
- Closing deals and billing big!

- Graduate Status: A recent graduate (or someone with sales experience) with a solid academic background.
- Motivation: Highly determined individual who is results-driven and excels in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, an expert in building rapport and strong relationships.
Your Role as a Graduate Recruitment Consultant:
Talent Sourcing: Identifyingand networking with top-tier candidates using sourcing techniques.
Market Expertise: Specialising in your specific market, keeping up-to-date with industry trends to provide expert advice and knowledge to both the candidate and the client.
Client Management: Understanding your clients needs and wants, maintaining strong relationships with them to deliver personalised recruitment solutions.
