The RoleThis is a full 360 recruitment role, where you will be responsible for headhunting and placing HR, Marketing, and L&D professionals within healthcare providers. You will be managing a warm desk with existing clients while also growing and developing the desk further.
You will be focusing on:
- Understanding the healthcare HR, Marketing, and L&D markets.
- Headhunting, sourcing, and screening candidates.
- Using social media to write and post job articles.
- Interviewing potential candidates.
- Building strong relationships with healthcare providers across the UK.
- Working closely with a collaborative team, including experienced professionals and junior consultants.
Ideal Candidate
- Minimum 12 months in a full 360 recruitment consultant role (working a permanent desk)
- Educated with excellent communication skills.
- Self-motivated, hardworking, and tenacious.
- Passionate about self-development and eager to learn and succeed.
- A credible work background with a professional approach.
- Keen to make a difference in the healthcare sector.
