Youre an experienced recruiter 2+ years in agency life, a pro at 360 permanent recruitment, with a solid track record in sectors like Tech, Engineering, or Logistics. Youre driven, ambitious, and love the thrill of closing a deal. Ideally, youve been part of or have knowledge of the military world and a genuine interest in supporting veterans and service leavers. Youre not here to coast, you want to be part of a startup journey and help shape something special.

This is a hands-on, full-cycle role where youll take charge of your own desk. Youll be:

• Finding Talent: Sourcing top candidates, especially service leavers and placing them in roles across Tech, Engineering, Logistics, or your chosen niche.
• Building the Business: Growing your market by tapping into your network and winning new clients.
• Pitching with Purpose: Showcasing Pivts unique approach to businesses ready for something different.
• Crafting Standout Ads: Writing job posts that grab attention and pull in the best talent.
• Making an Impact: Helping veterans and service leavers land careers theyll excel in.
• Raising the Profile: Strengthening Pivts reputation (and your own) in the industry.

• Salary: Up to £35k base to start, plus uncapped commission, your earnings reflect your success.
• Growth Potential: Were a startup, your role could evolve into leadership as we expand.
• Flexibility: Hybrid working from Eccles, keeping things balanced and focused on results.

Well give you a head start with a handful of contingent clients, but this is your show. Youll have the freedom to build your desk your way, chasing quick wins or laying the groundwork for bigger gains. Were looking for someone who can grow their patch so fast well need to bring in a team to back you up within 6 months. If youve got ideas for new methods and features, were all ears.
