The Role: Recruitment Consultant
- Based in Manchester City Centre
- Working with major brands like Moonpig, BrightHR, EVRi & Awaze
- Full ownership of your desk, backed by a supportive team

What You'll Actually Do
- Run your own desk with the freedom to shape it how you like
- Build lasting partnerships with clients and candidates (no scripts, no churn)
- Use the latest sourcing tools, plus your own gut instinct, to find the best in tech
- Contribute to a team that celebrates wins and learns from losses together
