Ideally from a finance, customer services, admin, hospitality, or retail background
Outstanding customer care / customer service experience
Able to generate new business in a target driven environment (Estate agency and Mortgage roles only)
Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail oriented.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
