We're one of the UK's leading teaching agencies, known for our outstanding reputation, long-standing client relationships, and sector expertise. We are expanding our specialist SEN division and are looking for Senior Education Consultants who can hit the ground running.
Please note: We are only considering candidates with proven experience in education recruitment. Applications from other recruitment sectors will not be considered due to the specific expertise required.

What We're Looking For:
- Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in education recruitment, ideally with a focus on SEN
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong school and candidate relationships
- A proactive, driven, and professional approach
- Excellent understanding of safeguarding, compliance, and the education landscape
- Passion for making a difference in the lives of young people through quality recruitment
