What You'll Be Doing:

  • Managing and growing a desk of schools and education professionals across Greater Manchester

  • Building and maintaining long-term client relationships through excellent service and delivery

  • Sourcing, screening, and placing high-quality teachers and support staff into schools

  • Leading by example and potentially mentoring junior consultants

  • Contributing to team strategy, growth and development



What We're Looking For:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in recruitment (ideally education, but not essential)

  • Proven success in hitting and exceeding sales targets

  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills

  • Strong understanding of the fast-paced demands of recruitment

  • Passion for making a difference in education

  • A full drivers licese is desirable for the role
