What You'll Be Doing:

  • Keeping in touch with existing clients and reaching out to new ones. ??
  • Making phone calls to grow your desk through active business development. ??
  • Meeting clients to turn non-users into active clients. �?
  • Interviewing candidates to expand your pool and meet client needs. ??
  • Hitting those KPIs and sticking to audit and compliance requirements. ??

  • Great communication and negotiation skills. ??
  • A proactive and driven attitude with a commitment to hitting targets. �?
