Our Impact Academy is a comprehensive training programme designed to help you thrive as a Recruitment Consultant.

In your first year, you will:*?Source and interview candidates for both temporary and permanent roles.*?Create compelling CV profiles for client marketing.*?Collaborate with the sales team to place candidates effectively.*?Meet achievable weekly KPIs, guided by your manager.*?Earn commission at every step of your development.
