What You'll Be Doing:

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll be supported to:

Build strong relationships with schools across Greater Manchester and the North West
Attract, interview, and place high-quality teachers and support staff in schools
Manage your own client portfolio with guidance and support from experienced mentors
Deliver outstanding service to schools and education professionals

What We're Looking For:

A positive, ambitious and confident communicator
Resilient and target-driven with a strong work ethic
Experience in sales, customer service, or education is desirable but not essential
A genuine interest in the education sector and making a difference
A full drivers licese is desirable for the role
