Alexander Steele continue to work in partnership with this market leading Food Manufacturer based in Manchester who have grown consistently year on year for the last 5 years with growth projected to continue for the next 5.
The site is embarking on a large scale project and investment which is why the business now requires 2 high performing Production professionals to join the team on a 12 month fixed term contract, salary is up to 45k. This role will operate on a rotating 3 shift pattern of Earlies, Afternoons & Nights changing every two weeks.
Salary up to 45k plus bonus, pension & private healthcare
What we are looking for:
- This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly successful, driven & successful leadership team with a fantastic working culture and we are looking for a highly driven individual with experience in Food Manufacturing
- You must have people management experience within Production or Operations within Food Manufacturing, this is a must have.
- Knowledge of driving & implementing a C.I/Lean culture is desirable but not essential
